Professional Development Session
Presented by Experis Finance & Right Management
Topic: Human Age 2.0: Future Forces at Work

Session Summary:
ManpowerGroup’s recently released report, Human Age 2.0: Future Forces at Work, provides valuable insights on how organizations can best navigate the changing world of work. Many expected that as the recession subsided, the world would return to business as usual. That hasn’t happened. The business environment today is increasingly less stable and hard to predict - we call it certain uncertainty. Businesses are adjusting by exploring new strategies that are better suited to rapid change, shorter business cycles, technological disruption, skill shortages, etc. Our discussion will focus on current trends that require employers and individuals to develop new playbooks to win in the reconfigured labor market.
